1. Return Policy

A. Same-Day Return Request

• You must request a return on the same day of delivery.

• After the same day, no returns will be accepted.

B. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video from the time you open the package is required.
Without the video, the return cannot be approved.

C. Eligible Return Reasons

You can request a return if:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged or defective product (with video proof)

• Major colour/quality issue compared to website images

D. Return Conditions

Products must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• With original tags and packaging intact

2. Refund Policy

A. Refund Timeline

• Refund will be processed within 5 working days after inspection of the returned item.

B. Refund Method

• Refund will be sent directly to your bank account only.

• No UPI refunds (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm UPI not allowed).

You must provide bank details for processing the refund.

C. Return Shipping Charges

• If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

• If customer changes mind, shipping charges may be deducted.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Customer Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

• After processing/shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible.

B. Brand Cancellations

Anand Saree 545 may cancel orders before shipping if:

• Safety/verification issue

• Incorrect address

• Payment issue

• Stock unavailable

• Suspicious/fraudulent activity

Full refund will be issued in such cases.
